Service Denial and Termination

• We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time.
• We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your service at any moment if you violate any of our Terms or Privacy Policies.

Refund Policy

• We do not issue refunds unless the termination of your service is due to our own causes. If we terminate your service due to your actions, we are not required to issue you a refund.
• Refunds will not be provided to users if they decide to cancel their service after (if Business Plan) their custom bot has begun development or (if Premium Plan) their premium code has been issued to them.
